SCALEXTRIC SHOOT

one of the key features to the maccabees videos is a sense of playfulness used in there music videos, for example in the music video "latchmere" .
 In own chosen song "precious time" the lyrics it makes reverest to playing Scalextric:

                "take me down to light the box and play super Scalextric"

Therefore we are planning to shoot an sequence of a scalextric (a electric toy car) going around a track. This will be a different style of shot compared to the elements of color and highly stylized. We will use the shot to break up the performance and high concept shots. I have been researching techniques and styles of shooting car sequences for inspiration for our shoot.

    Richard,
    For this work on your production, you need to post the photos that we took of the actual shoot, rather than an internet image. Why isn't it posted by now, as the shoot was on Friday?
    Why haven't you attended to the work on Evaluation question 4? Your blog page still has no framework and is still virtually empty. It needs YOUR use of new technology in research, planning, construction and evaluation.

    Explicitly draw attention to the link between the other 'playful' elements such as the noughts and crosses.Say why it fits in: also, aim to use colours to highlight words that you want to 'pop'.
